Fantastic hotel with stunning city views, excellent breakfasts, and atmospheric rooms. Despite minor misunderstandings, the management demonstrates top-notch service and truly values their customers. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Well, how to put it, thought the hotel was already expensive, but thought with a nice view it might be worth it. Speaking Dutch at the front desk or restaurant, it's a problem for some staff. The solution :'Learn Dutch, you work in the Netherlands'. A Hotel is like coming home, a busy day, lots of impressions, noise & stress of the city...... Then you want a hotel that breathes tranquility. ( music way too loud) at breakfast, noise of trucks delivering ( at 7 o'clock in the morning) And then there is a nightclub in the basement of the hotel ( Where the music can be heard at 3-4-5 o'clock in the morning + the noise of drunken visitors. Breakfast is nothing special and TV does not work properly, the same for the cooling of the room, does not work & a constant hum . Opening window is not possible. A hotel that cannot be recommended.

I regret to report a disappointing experience at a well-located hotel near Amsterdam Central Station. Despite its scenic views, my stay was marred by hidden fees, including a 12.5% city tax not disclosed at booking but deducted from my deposit upon checkout. This lack of transparency affected my overall impression negatively. I expected more integrity from such an establishment.

Absolutely horrific. If you are over the age of 21 avoid this hotel at all cost. The elevators are themed with flashing lights and loud music. We were there only a few hours before we left to go to another (much better) hotel. Our first room smelled like a toilet. The second room had more issues. The TV did not work. The a/c barely worked. The rain shower head did not work and the hand held one was broken. We asked for a fan and were given an air purifier which was broken. The door outside the elevator that you go through to get to the rooms was held open with a wet wash cloth. Drunk children are walking around everywhere. The restaurant has even louder music playing all the time. The staff at the restaurant were also rude. We could only stand it for a few hours until we had to leave. We went to check out and the boy at the front desk could not help us with that. He couldn't help us with anything. He couldn't even get a manager for me to speak with. It was almost 11:30 but there should be someone who could check us out. I called back 2 days later and spoke with someone at the front desk. He could not help me so I asked to speak with a manager. When he handed over the phone I heard him say "manager" in an incredibly obnoxious and mocking voice. The manager also could not help. He could not verify who I was. I told him my name but he kept saying "You could be anyone. You could be reading this off a piece of paper". I asked what he needed to verify who I was. He had to speak with his manager and said "I suppose you'll want to speak with him." I said, "Yes I will". I wound up calling Marriott Bonvoy and spoke with a lovely man who was more helpful than all the people I spoke with at the hotel itself. I filed a complaint against this hotel. The arrogance and the attitude is nothing I have ever dealt with in my life. This hotel is a glorified hostel. It's absolutely horrific. I would avoid it at all cost!
